This was taken at San Lorenzo Beach in Tabaco City yesterday, September 5, 2009. The long stretch of the beach has hedonic pure black sand where Tabaqueňos always fling to dip in the alluring water. In the sky resembles a big tornado failing not to form any tail or touch the ground. Locals were stunned by its enigmatic look
